Artists' Rights
In addition to specializing in intellectual property law, Ms. Altınok Lokmanhekim also handles media law and artists' rights related matters. She drafts and negotiates license, sponsorship, publishing rights, performing rights, television/radio broadcast agreements, and provides advice in connection with press releases of artists. She also takes on litigation related to violation of moral/personality or intellectual property rights of the artists.

Internet Law
Ms. Altınok Lokmanhekim drafts, reviews and advise her clients on terms and conditions of terms of use and privacy policies of their websites, subscription agreements, domain name transfer agreements, represent clients in Internet trademark and copyright infringement disputes, advise clients on Internet related matters and disputes in connection with Turkish law.
Litigation
Ms. Altınok Lokmanhekim has experience on commercial and corporate litigation. She represents clients in all types of civil cases including but not limited to real estate disputes, shareholders disputes, director liability claims, contractual claims, compensation claims arising out of breach of contract or torts, corporate litigation. She has substantial experience in representing clients before Turkish courts concerning intellectual property infringement, domain name infringement, trademark and patent violation and trademark annulment lawsuits together with related compensation claims. Ms. Altınok Lokmanhekim represents clients in labour law disputes such as unjust termination, re-employment, overtime payment, compensation.
She has an operational experience related to registration and foreclosure of security interest in form of mortgage, commercial enterprise pledge, movable asset pledge etc.
