Apart from engaging in intellectual property law related litigation, Ms. Altınok Lokmanhekim also handles trademark, patent and industrial design registrations with the Turkish Patent Institute and attends administrative proceedings at any level in connection with registration applications as well as objections made by third parties. She drafts and negotiates license, know-how transfer, technology transfer, trade secrets protection, confidentiality, trademark transfer, software and/or database transfer, creative works acquisition, publishing rights agreements and provides advice in connection with copyright related issues. Ms. Altınok Lokmanhekim also prosecutes ex-employees illegally transferring corporate data and trade secrets to their new working place.
